A habit tracker that fits your notebook
Type your habits, pick the month and your notebook size, and download a one-page tracker as a crisp PDF with cut marks. Free, no sign-up.
Print at 100% or actual size, never “fit to page”. The 50 mm check line under the page tells you if the scale is right.
How to make your habit tracker
Write one habit per line, then choose the month and year. The grid gets one column for every day of that month, so February has 28 or 29 columns and a 31-day month has 31. Weekends can be shaded and each week starts on Monday or Sunday, whichever you plan by.
Pick the size of your notebook (A5, Leuchtturm1917 A5, B5, B6, Half Letter, Traveler's Notebook regular, or a full sheet of US Letter or A4) and the paper in your printer. The preview shows the page exactly as it will print.
How many habits to put on one page
The page holds up to 24 rows, but a short list is easier to keep up with. Start with the three to five habits you most want to keep this month and add blank rows for anything you decide to track later. The two boxes under the grid are for a short review at the end of the month: what worked, and what to change next time.
Printing at the right size
Open the PDF and print it at 100% (some printers call this “actual size”), not “fit to page”. Each PDF has a 50 mm check line under the page: if it measures 50 mm on your printout, the scale is right. Cut along the corner marks and glue or tape the page in.
